Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email or call us with your order details. Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Replacements:
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send clear photos or an unboxing video to help us verify the issue.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags.
- Once the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the product back.
- Products bought on sale are non-returnable unless damaged.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not offer returns or exchanges for color tone variations, size fit issues, or buyer’s remorse. Kindly check size charts and read descriptions carefully before placing an order.
